Steven Dover

Steven Dover is a Principal, the President and CEO of BPA responsible for guiding and executing the strategic vision of the firm - ensuring BPA continues to position itself for future success. He leads the firm with a constant focus on challenging the team to look at both our business and our industry to find opportunities for differentiation and innovation.

Over the course of his career, he has designed an impressive portfolio of projects throughout the United States including higher-educational buildings, churches, mixed-use and healthcare facilities. His expertise includes designing buildings located in hurricane and earthquake prone regions.

As a graduate of Clemson University with a B.S and M.S. in Civil Engineering, Steven is a member of numerous professional organizations and is involved in several community organizations.
