We have designed for dozens of concepts including quick serve and fast casual restaurants, fuel stations, a variety of hotel flags and more. BPA’s licenses in 49 states allows us to support our architecture clients for adaptive reuse, tear down/rebuild, historic restoration and ground up projects anywhere in the United States and Canada.
Our Lady of the Rosary new church is Romanesque style featuring recovered stained glass windows from the Wilbur H. Burnham studios. The windows were purchased from a previously closed Catholic church in Pittsfield, Mass., and were refurbished for use in the new church.
Civil design included on site stormwater detention, reroute of existing sewer main, coordination of site, sewer and DOT permitting for the demolition and construction. Site rework also consisted of the addition of ADA compliant parking spaces.
Mass timber facility built to be the new Clemson Outdoor Education Center. The building will host classes, have equipment rentals, and be a place for students to gather and enjoy beautiful Lake Hartwell.
Britt, Peters and Associates provided the structural design services for the new fourth building addition to the Tides complex. This new 8-story structure consists of seven floors of residential space and the with a subterranean parking garage. The facility also features a marsh front pool and patio with sundecks, shade decks, outdoor kitchen and fire pit.

The Lake City campus will be a full-service college campus location for FDTC , including culinary arts, CNA and skilled trade education.
