David is a Principal at BPA and serves as a Technical Integrator for the firm. He brings extensive experience in engineering analysis, design, and project delivery across a wide range of building types. David collaborates closely with architects, owners, and contractors to ensure alignment and clarity from concept through construction.

For over a decade, David’s leadership and involvement in the advancement of mass timber in the United States has helped position Britt, Peters & Associates as a nationally recognized leader in the industry. He has deep experience integrating timber systems within hybrid and traditional structural designs, with particular focus on the unique structural, coordination, and constructability considerations of mass timber projects. He works with project teams to fully leverage the architectural, environmental, and performance benefits of timber systems, while maintaining a clear focus on thoughtful detailing, clear documentation, and alignment with project sustainability goals.
