Britt, Peters is serving as the Civil Engineer for the development of this 1.66-acre tract that will serve as the new UCB Headquarters at 200 E. Camperdown, as well as structural engineer for the 118,000 SF office. The new headquarters for United Community Bank will serve as an office for up to 314 employees and includes a 3,500 SF retail branch, two outdoor terraces and 350 parking spaces. The building will also feature 17,000 SF of other retail space.
