Travelers Rest Public works complex includes 3 new standalone buildings:
Equipment Maintenance Building, 2,900 SF, CMU building with wood roof trusses
City Hall North Building, 7,000 SF building, CMU and wood truss building will be used for the police station and 911 call center.
City Hall South Building, 7,700 SF building with light gauge walls and wood trusses, steel and metal bar joists will be used for city administration and courtroom.
