This seven story, 90,000 square foot, $9.3 million condominium project located in downtown Greenville, SC consists of 35 condominium units ranging from 1,300 square feet to more than 3,000 square feet.

The structural system consists primarily of hollow core planks supported by a combination of load bearing masonry walls and structural steel beams and columns on isolated concrete footings. The roof framing consists of structural steel framing and metal deck. Lateral stability is provided by the exterior masonry walls and interior masonry shafts.
