Britt, Peters served as the Mass Timber Specialty Engineer for Clemson’s new Forestry and Environmental Conservation building. The building will be a 4-story, 85,000 SF building for Clemson University’s Department of Forestry and Environmental Conservation that includes classrooms, lecture halls, research labs, and offices for faculty and staff. The Forestry and Environmental Conservation building includes 62,000 SF of Cross Laminated Timber on the top 3 floors above a concrete podium.
