Melinda is the Vice President of Strategy and Innovation for BPA. Melinda brings more than 25 years of experience helping organizations turn complexity into clarity and ambition into action. Working at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and execution, she draws on decades of cross-industry experience to recognize patterns early and guide decisions that shape long-term outcomes.
Melinda focuses on advancing the firm’s strategic priorities, expanding its advisory capabilities, and accelerating BPA’s leadership in mass timber and integrated project delivery. Her focus is on helping teams align early, particularly where design intent, cost, carbon, and constructability must be resolved together to set projects up for success.
Prior to joining BPA, Melinda founded and led strategy and innovation practices serving global organizations across many industries including manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality, financial services and mobility. As a founding partner, she launched Happen North America, establishing the firm’s U.S. and Canadian presence and leading work that delivered more than $1 billion in measurable client growth prior to its acquisition by Accenture. More recently, through GIG.inc, she advised executive teams on strategy, foresight, and organizational alignment.
