New apartment building consists of 144 luxury apartments as well as 6000 SF commercial space and a downstairs pub. It also includes a fitness center, picnic area and on-site storage units. In addition to designing the tower, Britt, Peters was also the lead consultant and Engineer of Record for the 3 level, 30,000 SF parking deck on site.
