Britt, Peters served as the structural engineer for converting the 112,000-sf industrial building into Grace Church's Travelers Rest campus. The warehouse served as Renfrew Bleachery from 1928-1988. The building now has a sanctuary, child care facility, classrooms, and multipurpose spaces.
