The Duke Energy Center for Innovation is dedicated to supporting tenants interested in growing start-up companies or “landing parties” associated with technology and research, especially in advanced materials. South Carolina Research Authority (SCRA) houses secure research in approximately 18,000 square feet, with the remaining square footage devoted to a common area and collaboration space. LEED Gold was achieved.
