Cane Bay YMCA

Britt, Peters provided structural engineering design services for a new state-of-the-art YMCA located in Cane Bay, SC.   The facility is single story, pre-engineered metal buildings with 5 distinct parts utilizing conventional steel and masonry. The first phase of the facility totals 55,000 SF and contains a children’s area, large multi-purpose meeting room, ten offices, ten classrooms, jogging track, two soccer fields, two baseball fields, aquatic center, gynasium and even a library. Britt, Peters also performed the structural design for the  decorative outdoor trellises.
