Britt, Peters and Associates provided services for the new 4 story, 30,000 square foot residence hall for Brevard College. The $6.38 million facility will be the fifth residence hall on the Brevard Campus and will help college accommodate their recent increase in enrollment. The use of masonry shear walls allows for a large percentage of windows to allow for increased natural light.
