Britt, Peters and Associates was the structural engineer for the new 3-story Administration Building. The basement wall and the retaining walls which are adjacent to the building have cast-in-place concrete cantilevered retaining walls. Foundations, basement and retaining walls, and floor slabs on grade are 3,000 psi concrete.
