Britt, Peters provided the structural engineering for the new 5-story mixed use office/retail building. The building features ground floor retail, three floors with 17,000 SF of office space, and a 5th floor terrace with 13,000 SF of space. The building utilizes a "CARMATRIX" mechanical parking system to fit 120 cars in it's parking area.
