40 Line St. is a mixed-use, 9-story apartment and retail complex near Charleston's Lowline. It will feature 293 units wrapping around a 358 car parking deck. The main building includes 8,000 SF ground floor retail. An additional train shed, built in 1849 will be renovated to feature 20 loft style apartments and 7,200 SF of retail space.
