Britt, Peters was hired to perform the initial due diligence assessment of the parking structure for the One Hanover Square office building in downtown Raleigh, NC on South Wilmington Street. Britt, Peters scope included a condition assessment report with photographs of deficiencies observed, location of deficiency and quantified and prioritized list of repairs with project budget estimate for repair. Upon completion of the purchase of the building, BPA then completed the bid documents and specifications for the repairs documented during the initial assessment. The parking structure holds 1000+ cars.
