BPA provided the structural engineering design the development made up of 6 unique buildings and a precast concrete parking garage. The cornerstone building consists of a concrete podium over retail space with 3 stories of wood framed apartments, including a clubhouse/gathering space for residents. The remaining buildings are all wood framed apartments, with (3) 4-story buildings, (1) 3-story building, and a cluster of 3 story townhomes.
Mixed use complex development with 292 units along with retail and commercial space. Amenities for apartments include a courtyard pool with lounge decks and grilling stations, a private parking garage, Main Street Balcony Club, and access controlled living.
