2010-Upon completion of the condition assessment for the two 1,500 car decks on the airport grounds, the Greenville Spartanburg Airport hired Britt, Peters and Associates to perform itemized turn-key repairs to both decks. Britt Peters developed the repair documents and specifications, issued bid packages, collected bids, and hired the lowest responsible bidder to perform the repairs. During the repair process, Britt Peters coordinated all on site work, approved pay applications, issued payments, and performed closeout reviews of all work completed. These repairs were conducted in phases using the same turn-key process. For each subsequent phase a low bidder was selected based off a unique set of bid documents. The final phase has been completed and the decks are now in a serviceable condition where annual maintenance can be performed (as opposed to repairs).
Britt, Peters & Associates was selected to perform the condition assessment and repair budgeting for the structural portion of the GSP Airport Garage Modernization project. The assessment was completed in early 2017 and included both decks on site.
