Raven Hills is a gated community located in the booming Powdersville area in Anderson County. The homes, modeled after those in the Charleston area where KB Home has realized success, are designed with architectural materials which give them a distinct look.
Britt, Peters and Associates provided civil engineering services for this new community of forty-two patio homes built by one of the nation’s largest homebuilders. Mass-grading the steep terrain of this 41.5-acre site presented some challenges for the Britt Peters team due to underlying rock. Our team responded with a complete redesign of the roads and utilities, and still the project was completed on time and within budget.
The firm has provided civil design for subdivisions throughout the Upstate over the past fifteen years. Design services have included sanitary sewer mains, water mains, pad ready grading and roadways.
