Britt, Peters and Associates provided structural design services for the construction of the Elliott Davis Building on East Broad Street in Greenville. Limited parking under the building is largely due to the large rock foundation on the site. In addition, in several areas the foundations were designed to bridge over existing large diameter tanks.
The Elliott Davis building, centrally located in the city of Greenville, is built on 2.3 acres and within walking distance of Main Street. The location offers excellent visibility and easy access for occupants and visitors.
The office building currently houses a variety of tenants: Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine Real Estate, Creative Builders, INC, Pazdan-Smith Group, Inc, and Elliott Davis, LLP.
