We currently seek outstanding department heads to join our growing team.
The right candidate will have expertise in all materials, design methods, codes and standards; outstanding communication skills; be committed to continuous improvement in a dynamic technological environment; and understand the importance of meeting financial objectives.
Minimum requirements: Must have passed Part I of the Professional Engineer’s Exam with 10+ years of experience as a full-time Registered Professional Engineer. Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in engineering from an accredited college, university or technical school and be proficient in AutoCad, Microsoft Office Suite (including Word and Excel), and some design software. Must be focused on client service at the highest levels, seek opportunities to develop new business, and demonstrate leadership and employee development skills.
