President Mark Peters, a founder and principal of Britt, Peters and Associates as it is known today, is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the firm. A Registered Professional Engineer in 29 states, Mark has been providing professional engineering services to architects, owners and contractors throughout the United States for more than 20 years. Mark takes an active role in serving the firm’s clients, personally providing consulting services for a wide range of assignments related to both civil and structural design. His substantial experience encompasses a diverse mix of market segments, facilities and project types, including commercial, industrial, educational, religious, prototypical, government, residential, mixed-use and mid-rise buildings. Mark’s design expertise is equally impressive when it comes to his knowledge of construction materials. He has worked extensively with structural steel, various forms of concrete, wood and masonry.
