John Bailes is a Registered Professional Engineer with nearly 30 years of professional engineering experience. John joined the Britt Peters leadership team when the firm strategically expanded its business – particularly structural engineering services – into the Central Florida geographic region by opening an Orlando office. John’s extensive project experience and 20-plus years of familiarity with this rapidly growing part of Florida is key to positioning Britt Peters for long-term growth and success in the Southeast, and nationally. He has provided engineering services for a broad spectrum of structural types in a wide range of market sectors – hospitals, office, retail, educational, municipal, multifamily residential, and industrial. His expertise encompasses a variety of materials, but not limited to, reinforced concrete, post-tensioned and precast concrete, masonry, structural steel and timber.
